Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment is made by bank transfer by transferring funds from the Customer’s bank account to the Supplier’s bank account within 45 calendar days, but not earlier than 25 banking days from the date of signing and receipt by the Customer of documents, signing by the Customer of the Act of work (services) receiving an invoice (invoice) drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for the services provided. If the procurement participant is a small and medium-sized business, then payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of signing and receipt by the Customer of the Act of work (services), receipt of the invoice (invoice) drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for provided services.
