Payment terms:
The Customer makes payment by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor in the following order:
100% - within 90 (ninety) calendar days following the month of rendering services. In the event of an advance payment, the Contractor is obliged to submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for an amount not less than the amount of the prepayment issued by a bank included in the rating of the fifty largest banks in Russia or international banks with a rating of at least BB / Baa2;
Delivery terms:
The Contractor delivers industrial-made fireworks and launching equipment to the fireworks display (salute) at the address: RS (Y), Neryungri, a platform near the Gornyak indoor stadium. The deadline is August 28, 2020.
