| Payment terms: | Payment is made monthly according to the register for the reporting period, by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor within 10 (ten) working days from the date of submission of the register, after the Parties sign an act for services sold (transactions), air tickets, railway tickets, hotel accommodation, transfer and booking of meeting rooms.
The maximum financing limit for payment by the Customer of the cost of services (transactions), including the cost of air tickets, train tickets, hotel accommodation, transfer, booking meeting rooms is:
15,000,000 (fifteen million) rubles 00 kopecks, including VAT 20%. |
