| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made within 15 (fifteen) working days after their provision by the Contractor upon provision of an invoice generated for the reporting period every 1st (first) day of the month following the reporting month and the 16th (sixteenth) day of the reporting month in accordance with the acts of acceptance of the services provided for the previous period, provided that the Contractor submits properly executed reporting documents: invoices, invoices with the attachment of primary documents provided for by the terms of the Agreement, and confirming the fact of the provision of Services (certificates, receipts, acts, orders, etc.). The invoice provided on the 1st (first) day includes the cost of the monthly service for the previous month (fixed subscription fee). |
