Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
The submission of proposals is divided according to the clauses of the TOR.
For each of the above items - you must provide the cost for 1 unit. measurement / item specification.
Further, the provisional winner must list the total cost for each item in the specification / annexes.
A site visit is a prerequisite for the procedure. For the purpose of visiting - you must contact the contact persons.

Important: We ask you to familiarize yourself with the form for prequalification and qualification in the profile of CJSC "VSHZ". Please fill out this form, sign and send a scanned copy. Acceptance of commercial proposal without a signed form is impossible

3. I ask you to familiarize yourself with the sustainable development policy and all the necessary documentation for the Labor Protection Department in the profile of CJSC "VSHZ". Submission of a commercial proposal to this tender implies familiarization and acceptance of these provisions.
4. To the first and last offer - please attach your commercial offer.
5. The commercial proposal must attach a letter on the official letterhead signed and stamped by an authorized person, with information on the involvement of subcontractors (listing their names and TIN), if such organizations are planned to be attracted.
