Prerequisite: the provision of product presentations, a description of work experience on similar projects, a thesis description of the implementation of the "Electronic Archive" project.
The right to conclude a supply contract after passing the accreditation with the Customer.

This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Organizer.
