| Payment terms: | The Customer shall calculate for services rendered by transferring cash to the Contractor's account in the Contract Account within 15 days of the date the Parties signed the Act receipt of services provided by the Contractor with original payment documents (invoices, invoices) as well as documents provided for in the Technical Assignment.
If the Contractor has delayed the documents required for payment under this section, the payment period is increased by an appropriate number of late days plus 5 (Five) days. However, the Customer's payment obligations listed in this section will not be deemed unfulfilled.
The Contractor, at the request of the Customer, shall, within 2 (two) working days, provide signed reconciliation acts (hereinafter the reconciliation act), which are drawn up on the last of the reporting month, or for current date in 2 copies. |
