Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery terms: delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier and at the expense of the supplier, unloading - by the Customer.
Delivery Frequency: perhaps shipment will be carried out in batches, the minimum batch - from 25 pieces. Exact information will be reflected in the TOR for the Main contract, which will be concluded with the Winner. A separate ToR will be signed for each batch.
Delivery time of the first printed batch of the Annual Report: 04/24/2020
Contract time: from the date of imprisonment for 12 months.
