| Payment terms: | Remuneration is paid to the Agent no later than 50 (fifty), but not earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days (applicable for SMEs: no later than 30 (thirty), but not earlier than 25 (twenty-five) calendar days) from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subject to receipt of documents issued in compliance with established norms of documents for payment) and the occurrence of a combination of the following events:
approval of an act for agency remuneration in the form set out in Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement (Appendix No. 1 to this request);
approval of the Agent's reports in the form established by Appendix No. 4 to the Agreement (Appendix No. 1 to this request), in an amount equal to the number of quarters from the date of commencement of services by the Agent to the date of conclusion of PJSC "NZHK" contract of sale of real estate and movable property of IC "Layouts-2" (no more than four);
Agent's submission of an invoice, invoice for payment;
conclusion of PJSC "NZHK" contract of sale of real estate and movable property of IC "Layouts-2";
receipt of PJSC "NZHK" from the buyer of proceeds in the amount specified in the contract of sale of real estate and movable property of IC "Layouts-2" |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
