| Payment terms: | An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the contract price is made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the occurrence of all the listed events: the conclusion of the contract, the receipt by the customer of an invoice for payment, provision of security for the return of the advance and (or) security for the fulfillment of obligations under the contract (if the provision of the corresponding security provided by the contract); payment in the amount of 70% of the cost of services rendered is carried out within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of signing by the customer of the Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance of Services. If a contract based on the results of the purchase is concluded with a small and medium-sized business entity, payment in the amount of 70% of the cost of services rendered is made within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the customer of the Certificate of acceptance of services. The date of payment is the date of debiting funds from the customer's account |
