Payment for the delivered goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of an invoice issued by the Supplier, by bank transfer by transferring funds within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the delivery and acceptance certificate, provided that the goods are delivered of the proper quality and assortment, in accordance with the technical by assignment and with the terms of this contract, within the time period established by the contract.
