Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Payment for the services actually rendered by the Contractor within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the services rendered.
2. The acceptance certificate of the specified services shall be issued at the beginning of each month following the month of the services rendered.
Delivery terms:3. Periodic medical examination of employees is carried out on the territory of a medical organization. All specialist doctors, as well as equipment and treatment rooms required for medical examination, must be located on the same territory of the Contractor.
7. Periodic medical examination of employees can be carried out on the territory of the Customer. The specialist doctor goes to the Customer's facility. Item 7 does not exclude the condition of item 3 of the services. These are different forms of service provision.

The total number of employees subject to medical examination is 3,500 thousand people (39 legal entities).

Services are provided according to:
- Appendix to the Procedure for conducting mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of employees provided for in Part four of Article 213 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated January 28, 2021 N 29n. item 23.
- Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated 12/17/2010 N1122n (as amended on 11/23/2017) "On approval of standard standards for free issuance to employees flushing and (or) neutralizing agents and the labor safety standard "Providing workers with flushing and (or) neutralizing agents" (Registered with the Ministry of Justice of Russia on 04/22/2011 N 20562).
-Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia No. 1122N dated 12/06/2021 "On approval of the national calendar of preventive vaccinations, the calendar of preventive vaccinations for epidemic indications and the procedure for preventive vaccinations."
- Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor for Moscow dated 03/31/2015 No. 2 "On preventive vaccinations for certain groups of citizens against dysentery of the Sonne and viral hepatitis A for epidemic indications"

The order of passage
1. The time of medical examination is from 7.00 h. to 17.00 h.
2. Periodic medical examination is carried out individually and in groups of 10-30 people.
3. A full examination is carried out in one day, within no more than 40 minutes.
4. The examination is carried out out of turn.
5. The finished documents are delivered by courier to the Customer's addresses at the contractor's expense.

1. Charter and Foundation Agreement Copy
2. Certificate of State Registration Copy
3. Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax Inspectorate (TIN and OGRN) Copy
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax authority not earlier than 30 calendar days before the date of submission of the extract; Copy
5. Minutes of the general meeting of Bidders (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole Bidder (shareholder) of the counterparty to appoint the director of the counterparty (with a sample signature.) Copy
6. Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last reporting year (Copy) with confirmation of submission to the Federal Tax Service.
7. The current lease agreement for office space (with the first and last payment orders under this agreement) Scan.
8. Copy of the order appointing the General Director and Chief Accountant;
9. State registration record sheet (in the absence of a certificate of state registration);
10. Sheets of records of changes (if there were changes in the legal entity);
11. Contacts of the company representative;
12. A certificate of the average number of employees as of the last reporting date.
13. If the Supplier is on the basis, submit a VAT Declaration for the last reporting quarter with confirmation of delivery to the Federal Tax Service.
These competitive bidding processes are an internal procedure for selecting a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as a competitive bidding process in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this Competitive bidding Process procedure does not impose on the organizer of the Competitive bidding Process, the customer of the corresponding amount of civil law obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the Competitive bidding Process or its other Bidder.
By submitting documents and information to the Competitive Bidding Process organizer, the applicant confirms his compliance with the qualification requirements established for the relevant Competitive bidding Process, expresses his intention to participate in the Competitive bidding Process, agrees to the terms and conditions of the Competitive Bidding Process.
