| Payment terms: | The Customer pays for services upon the provision of each stage of services within 30 days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered by the stage, provided that the Contractor provides the originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference (Appendix 1) either from the day the Contractor is notified of the offset of similar counterclaims. |
