Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Dear suppliers!

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1 Terms of payment - deferral of 60 cal.days
2 Attach a Commercial Proposal indicating all the parameters of the equipment offered for lease, specify the following information: brand, year of manufacture, ownership / lease
3 Agreement with the terms of the terms of reference
4 Agreement with the condition that downtime due to bad weather conditions will not be paid
5 Attach employee documents for the right to manage each type of leased equipment
6 Confirm the consent to perform the work during the specified period
7 Confirm the serviceable technical condition of the equipment throughout the entire period of operation, in case of malfunction, provide a replacement
8 Confirm the readiness of transportation of equipment to the place of work by the Contractor.
9 Specify the validity period of the Commercial Proposal

Other requirements and explanations:
A tractor with a barrel can also work in the night shift, together with a tractor that works with a baler


Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

E-Signature is not required

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
