Two-stage procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Оплата Заказчиком цены Договора осуществляется в размере стоимости фактически оказанных Исполнителем Услуг по соответствующей Заявке, в течение 10 (Десяти) рабочих дней с момента подписания Сторонами акта сдачи – приемки Услуг, на основании счета Исполнителя на оплату при условии устранения Исполнителем выявленных в процессе оказания Услуг недостатков за свой счет.
Оплата Заказчиком цены Договора осуществляется в российских рублях, путем перечисления безналичных денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя, указанный в Договоре.
Обязательства Заказчика по оплате цены Договора считаются исполненными с даты списания соответствующих денежных средств с расчетного счета Заказчика
