The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата Заказчиком цены Договора осуществляется в размере стоимости фактически оказанных Исполнителем Услуг по соответствующей Заявке, в течение 10 (Десяти) рабочих дней с момента подписания Сторонами акта сдачи – приемки Услуг, на основании счета Исполнителя на оплату при условии устранения Исполнителем выявленных в процессе оказания Услуг недостатков за свой счет.
Оплата Заказчиком цены Договора осуществляется в российских рублях, путем перечисления безналичных денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя, указанный в Договоре.
Обязательства Заказчика по оплате цены Договора считаются исполненными с даты списания соответствующих денежных средств с расчетного счета Заказчика

Услуги оказываются по предварительной заявке Заказчика. Заявка может быть передана по телефону, факсимильной связи или по электронной почте. Срок восстановления картриджей не должен превышать 4 (четырех) рабочих дней.
