| Payment terms: | Payment for services is made by the Customer in stages. The form of payment is bank transfer. Payment for the services of the Contractor for each of the stages is made by the Customer on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor to the current account indicated in them. As of the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the provision of services by stage, the Contractor issues an invoice for the calculation of the stage in the amount of 100% of the cost of the stage performed. The customer pays the invoice issued by the Contractor within 15 working days from the date the Contractor submits the invoice and invoice and the Parties sign the Act on the provision of services for the corresponding stage |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
