| Payment terms: | Step by step:
Payment for the first stage is made within 10 (ten) working days on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor and the submission to the Customer of a written report on the implementation of the first stage of the audit and the act of completion of the first stage of the audit signed by the parties. The cost of each stage is 50% of the cost of services under the contract. The final settlement (for the completed stage) is made within 10 (ten) business days after the receipt of the Auditor's report for the reporting year from the date the Contractor submits the invoice, after the Parties have signed the Certificate of Services Rendering for the relevant stage. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
