Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the completed works (services rendered), provided that the Customer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment under the contract:
a) the original of the invoice – 1 copy;
b) the original of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered or the UPD signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
c) the original of the invoice – 1 copy,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SMSP, the final payment for the Services rendered is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of acceptance of the Services Rendered signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account or other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
Term of services: within 4 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Service delivery time: 24 hours a day. Sending the main volume of messages daily from 6:00 to 22:00 Moscow Time.
