Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:A prepayment of not more than 25% of the total cost of services under the contract is possible.
Delivery terms:Materials for the production of works are provided by the Customer.

Comments:
1. For successful participation, you need to upload the documentation:
- title documents listed in the list;
- completed proformas;
- commercial proposal;
* Please inform in the commercial proposal that you are ready to sign the contract as amended by the Customer, or, if there are disagreements, provide a protocol of disagreements.

2. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.
3. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
4. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
5. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the bidder.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
