Auto-extension

Payment terms:payment for the rendered services shall be made by the customer with the deferred payments not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the services rendered by the parties, provided that the executor submitted the following documents:

b) The Act of acceptance of rendered services, signed by the parties;
b) Normative and technical documentation on fuel use in full volume,
By transferring funds to the account of the executor or by other means, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation. Settlements under the agreement are made by transfer of funds to the current account of the contractor specified in the agreement, as well as may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
