До окончания торгов по лоту на электронной торговой площадке В2В Мечел претенденты, участвующие в торгах, обязаны представить ответственному за проведение закупочной процедуры перечень документов указанный в пункте 3.1. В случае не своевременного предоставления претендентом перечисленной в пункте 3.1 документации организатор имеет право не рассматривать его в качестве претендента.
