Pricing should be carried out according to the estimates with the decoding of the price of spare parts, materials, standard hours.

SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS:
1) An application for participation must be accompanied by a TAP with attachments and contain key information on the scope of services provided, conditions and terms of service provision.
2) Please carefully read the standard edition of the service agreement. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) TCH is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (information on the fleet of vehicles, SROs, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
