Pricing should be carried out according to the estimate with a breakdown of the prices of spare parts, materials, labor hours.

Documents to be uploaded:
1) Apply to participate must be accompanied by TAP applications and contain key information on rendered services volume, terms and conditions of the provision of services.
2) Please carefully read the edited sample service agreement. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) TAP supplemented with documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (information technology park, SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
