Payment terms:Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of work performed by a bill of JSC RUSAL Achinsk. In case of disagreement, the Participant must indicate the proposed payment terms.
Delivery terms:Repair of crane tracks in accordance with defective statements, terms of reference and repair schedule

Comments:
1. The minimum cost of the service.
2. Provision of services under the contract, as amended and on the terms of the Customer.
3. Positive experience of cooperation with enterprises belonging to RUSAL (preferably).
4. The presence of positive experience in conducting similar work over the past 10 years.
5. Preferred payment terms with a deferred payment of 60 days or payment by own bills of enterprises:
- upon presentation, but not earlier than after 60 days - the rate of 6.00% per annum *
- upon presentation, but not earlier than after 90 days - a rate of 6.50% per annum *
For a bill of exchange whose face value exceeds 5 million rubles. and the payment term is not earlier than 90 days - the rate of 7.00% per annum.

Place of repayment / early accounting of bills: The bill center of RUSAL
At the Supplier’s request, receiving funds on a bill of RUSAL’s enterprise is possible immediately, any RUSAL Promissory Center is ready to take into account at any time its own promissory notes of enterprises at a discount of 9.00% per annum of the promissory note.
6. For violation of the deadlines for the performance of work on services, the Customer has the right to present the Contractor a penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the sum of the costs of the work stages not completed for each day of delay, but no more than 10% of the total cost of the Agreement, in case of violation of the deadlines for the performance of work, The customer may also refuse to accept the execution and demand damages.
