Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment is made monthly by bank transfer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt and signing of closing documents by the Customer.
The Customer, within 10 (ten) business days from the receipt of the closing documents, checks the volume and quality of the actually rendered services for compliance with the terms of the Agreement and, in the absence of comments, signs the submitted closing document.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
