1. This request for proposals has been sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the request for proposals, which (like the ongoing tender) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
