| Payment terms: | Payment is made by the Customer on the basis of the Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties, an invoice and an invoice for payment within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of funds in payment for the services provided by the Contractor from the Foreign Customer to the Customer's account, but no later than 45 (forty five) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered. |
