Payment terms:The Customer shall pay for services upon the provision of services within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services in the form of Appendix No. 3, provided that provision by the Contractor of originals of payment documents, as well as documents provided by the Technical Task.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
