| Payment terms: | The Contractor's services are paid by the Customer on the basis of invoices issued, within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of documents confirming the fact of fulfillment of obligations (subject to compliance with the requirements for their execution established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract). |
