Delivery terms:	Availability of a valid license for the provision of the services played in this lot. The license must indicate the address of the place of provision of services (the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tatarstan, Almetyevsk, Zavodskaya St., 4, health center of LLC TNG-AlGIS) - based on column 2 of Appendix No. 1 to Order of Roszdravnadzor No. 3166 as amended on 23.12 .2016 g. It is mandatory to provide valid qualification documents for health workers who will provide the service. For the absence of a medical worker in the health center during working hours (from 7-00 to 16-30, lunch from 11-00 to 12-30), a fine will be provided to the contracting organization.
