Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment within 5 days upon delivery
Delivery terms:The supplier is obliged to deliver to the Buyer a NEW Product.
The Supplier is obliged to provide the Buyer with the Goods the following supporting documents, including, but not limited to:
- Certificate of Conformity for the Goods (where applicable);
- Quality document for the goods;
- Declaration of Conformity (where applicable);
- Operating Instructions for the Goods;
- Technical passport for the Goods (where applicable);
- Permission to use the Goods at hazardous production facilities (where applicable).
The cost of the goods includes the cost of delivery of the goods to the place of delivery and the cost of packaging.
