Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt of a payment invoice duly drawn up from the Supplier from the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (work) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of work, provision of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance and Transfer (Act of the performance of services, work) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:The contract is concluded for 12 months. with the possibility of prolongation. Applications are submitted according to the actual needs of the Customer during the term of the contract. Fill in the template KP (table to fill out).

Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability
