Comments:
1. More detailed information is set out in the terms of reference.
2. With a commercial proposal must be sent:
1. Completed proposal card and its annexes;
2. Detailed calculation of the cost of work;
3. Scan copies of the Contractor’s documentation in accordance with the attached list;
4. Reference list about the experience of similar work, reviews, recommendations.
5. The protocol of disagreements to the contract of the Customer, if any.
6. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.
7. This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
8. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
