| Payment terms: | Payment for the Services rendered is carried out on the basis of the original invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account, after documentary confirmation in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement for the provision of Services by the Contractor, within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of signing the Act on the provision of services by the Customer, and after the Customer has received the original invoice, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, subject to the return of the equipment within the specified time frame. |
