Payment terms:Payment will be made every month on the basis of an agreement, in the form of a monthly management fee. Payment for meals will be made by staff on site, upon the product being purchased.
Delivery terms:Full organization of the food intake site, according to the terms of reference, by August 26, 2019 in the territory of the household town of OOO GSI-NHM of the Urengoy field of the Samburg LU ARKTIKGAZ JSC

Comments:
The winner will be selected, based on the lowest price of the monthly management fee, on the management and maintenance of the catering facility, excluding payment for staff meals (Payment for meals will be made by staff on site, upon the product being purchased)

The cost of 3 meals a day per employee including breakfast, lunch, dinner (according to the statement of work) should not exceed 300 rubles per day (VAT included)



1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Prior to the moment of opening the envelopes, it is necessary to attach to the proposals in electronic form the participants of this procedure to the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the list of documents and Questionnaire simultaneously with the proposal and the file as a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (with delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and certified stamp of the organization participating in this procedure. If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. A participant in this procedure sends a commercial offer on an official form.
4. To provision upon request for proposals:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form №1);
- Commercial offer;
- Certificate of INN;
- Boo balance
- VAT return
- Documents confirming the quality of products.
- A letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full compliance with the required parameters of this request for proposals.

The validity of the proposals of the participants - at least 60 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of the tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code, art. 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
