Set of documents required for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
6. Charter
7. Accounting statements for the last reporting period.

When filing com. bids must be attached: "Schedule of work execution", "List of similar work indicating Customers and periods of work" and "Positive feedback from customers on similar work".
Obligatory provision of a commercial proposal on letterhead indicating the price per unit of work (excluding VAT):
• Felling 1,500 km - rub / linear km;
• Timber removal from cut-through profiles (1,500 linear km) in the amount of up to 90,000 m3 - rub / m3;
• Commissioning of the area 1 185 ha rub / ha.
