Comments:
Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the competition for construction and installation works on the following objects:
• RA 0001543 ABK at ARZ;
• RA 0001534 Dressing room of the mine. Modernization;
• RA 0001547 Lamp PR ORZ. Modernization;
• VNO sites.

Place of provision of services:
1. Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko District, the site of the Albazin Mining and Processing Plant (Coordinates of account No. Albazino, Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´);
2. Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko District, Oglongi village (120 km from the Albazino site).

Terms of work production:
1. Start date of work: 07/01/2021;
2. Completion date: 30.11.2021.
If it is not possible to start work on the specified date, it is not possible to indicate your terms when submitting a commercial proposal.
The commencement of work is allowed by a letter of guarantee from the Customer until the conclusion of the contract.
Prior to mobilization at the customer's site for work, it is necessary to go through quarantine, lasting 3 days (depending on the epidemiological situation). The date of arrival in quarantine is specified immediately before arrival.

Scope of work:
Construction and installation works for the installation of a block-module of the ABK building at the ARZ:
The ABK building at ARZ is supplied ready-made - block modules equipped with engineering systems. At the construction site, it is necessary to carry out work on the construction of the foundation from the FBS blocks and mount the building, assemble the finished roof structures (supplied together with the block module) and connect the engineering systems.
Construction and installation work on the installation of an extension to the building of the Cloakroom from block modules:
The annex building to the Wardrobe is supplied ready-made - block modules equipped with engineering systems. At the construction site, it is necessary to carry out work on the construction of the foundation from the FBS blocks and mount the building, connect the engineering systems. The roof of the building is manufactured and assembled locally.
Construction and installation works for the installation of a block-module of the Lampovaya PR ORZ building:
The Lampovaya PR ORZ building is supplied ready-made - a block-module equipped with engineering systems. At the construction site, it is necessary to carry out work on the construction of the foundation from the FBS blocks and mount the building, assemble the finished roof structures (supplied together with the block module) and connect the engineering systems.
Arrangement of container sites for waste storage:
Carry out the installation of a canopy structure for waste sorting containers with the layout according to the requests submitted by the heads of the departments.

Requirements for the production of construction and installation works:
According to the TK.

The minimum required requirements for the machines and mechanisms of the Contractor (indicating the list and quantity for each type of equipment):
1. Truck crane with a lifting capacity of at least 10 tons - 1 unit;
2. Manual rammer - 2 units;
3. Welding machine - 2 units;
4. Excavator, bucket volume 0.2 m3 - 1 unit;
5. Bulldozer - 1 unit;
6. Concrete mixer with a volume of at least 0.25 m3 - 2 units;
7. Bending machine - 1 unit;
8. Freight vehicles for transportation of goods and materials from the place of storage to the place of work - 1 unit;
9. Motor transport for movement between construction sites (along the AGOK site and to the village. Oglongs) - 1 unit;
10. To carry out work on the objects of the "VNO site", equipment is required for the organization of autonomous lighting and power supply (mobile diesel power plant) at the work site, which ensures the norms for the work. For other objects, it is possible to provide a connection point from nearby objects. The contractor needs to prepare the assembly (cable, max length 50 m + meter) and send the customer an application indicating the planned capacity. The connection to the power supply is performed by the Customer. The limit on the use of electricity is not introduced;
11. Manual and auxiliary tools (perforator, angle grinder, tools and accessories for painting work, including scaffolds, inventory scaffolding, ladders, extension cords, etc.) - the number is determined by the composition of the brigade. All employees must be provided with the necessary tools.
12. Geodetic control instruments (theodolite, level, tacheometer, etc.)

Materials provided by the Customer:
1. The customer provides the main and auxiliary goods and materials, according to the list in Appendix No. 4 to the TOR, the purchase and delivery of materials not specified in Appendix No. 4 to the TOR, but necessary for the performance of work is the responsibility of the Contractor;
2. Goods and materials are transferred to the contractor at the AGOK warehouse on demand;
3. Delivery of goods and materials from the place of storage (warehouse area) to the place of work is the responsibility of the Contractor. The distance from the warehouse area to the ABK facility at ARZ will be 2.81 km, to the Dressing room and Lampovaya facilities - 6.31 km. The location of the VNO sites is given in the Act TR No. 747.

In accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation - the provision of an extract from the Register of SRO-S members is mandatory (the facilities are NOT a HIF).

- a commercial proposal on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person indicating information on the approval of the basic draft of the work contract without disagreements, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreements;
- completed proposal card (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- completed calculation of the contract price (Appendix No. 2 to the TK);
- a completed Counterparty Questionnaire (Appendix No. 4 to the letter) and a reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required for the performance of work;
- scanned copies of documents confirming the availability of the necessary equipment, equipment;
- charter (in the latest edition with all changes and additions);
- certificate of state registration (on the assignment of the OGRN);
- tax registration certificate;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary - a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).
