Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered. Term of payment for the products within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the products by the buyer.
Delivery terms:the planned delivery time within 15 calendar days from receipt of the written requests of the purchaser in the address of the provider. Shipped products must be new, previously unused RUSSIAN production, production date no earlier than 2017 onwards. At the moment of transfer of the goods must have documents certifying quality. The warranty period for delivered products according to the manufacturer's documentation, but not less than 12 months from the date of putting into operation. The supplier is obliged to deliver the goods past the mandatory certification or declaration in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Fixing prices for the whole period of contract validity.
