1. Payment procedure and terms:
1st stage (Technical stage of reclamation): advance payment no more than 30%, payment for work done no earlier than after 14 cd. from the date of signing by the parties KS-2, KS-3 and the provision of IRD, in accordance with paragraphs. 14, 15, 16, 17 Appendix No. 8

2. Provision of a Bank guarantee with an advance payment of 10,000,000 rubles (BG from a bank included in the TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Tander" KS3).
3. The guarantee amount is 5% of the cost of work on the first Stage (Technical stage of reclamation) - paid 1 year after the completion of work on the first stage (receipt of IRD, in accordance with paragraphs 14, 15, 16, 17 of Appendix No. 8), according to the second stage of the HS is not provided.
4. The warranty period for the work performed is 4 years, until the receipt of certificates from landowners on the implementation of reclamation in full

6. The estimated start date of the project is 12.07.2021.
7. The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.
8. Work is being carried out at the site simultaneously with construction and installation work on laying a common sewage network, it is necessary to develop a PPR and coordinate it with the general contractor performing construction and installation work on laying the network.
9. The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" for construction and repair in large formats for consideration of the tender results and further work
10. The level of responsibility of the SRO at the time of the conclusion of the Agreement must correspond to the cost of the work performed.
11. Consent to the terms of the contract and the procedure for financing.
12. The original of the Agreement, signed by the counterparty, must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the moment the specified document was sent to the Contractor.
13. Consent to prices for add. works according to Appendix No. 3
Other requirements:
1. Absence of problem objects of JSC "Tander" according to the main criteria: in relation to the spacecraft there is no claim work on the part of JSC "Tander", the absence of critical comments that have not been resolved within the specified time (indicated in the act of the final commission or other similar document), due to the fault of the spacecraft there is no postponement of work execution)
2. Lack of affiliation with other participants in the competition
3. All other works that are not included in this list of works, but stipulated by the technical conditions, project, work production technology must be performed in full in accordance with the technical conditions, project, work technology, without presenting the Customer with acts of their implementation.
