Ranking of bids

1. Payment procedure and terms:
• lot 1: payment for the issue of work no earlier than after 10 cd. from the date of signing by the parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered.
• Lot 2: payment for work done not earlier than 60 cd, but no later than 70 cd. from the date of signing by the parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered.
2 The term of production of works - 7 months
The procedure and schedule for the production of work must be agreed with the customer.
3 The date of commencement of the provision of IC services is the date specified in the notice of the commencement of the provision of services sent by the Customer via mail to the Contractor. The customer undertakes to send a notice of the beginning of the provision of services no later than 10 calendar days before the date of commencement of the provision of services specified in the notice.
4 The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.
5 The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" for construction and repair in large formats for consideration of the tender results and further work
6 It is necessary to provide information on the inclusion of the employee in the national register of the certificate in the field of construction (NOSTROY).
(in accordance with the TOR, clauses 4.6.5 and 5.4)
7 The level of responsibility of the SRO at the time of the conclusion of the Agreement must correspond to the cost of the work performed.
8 Consent to the terms of the contract and terms of reference, financing procedure
9 Organizations performing work under the main contract for construction and laboratory control at this facility (including as subcontractors) cannot participate in the tender for construction and laboratory control.

Other requirements:
1. Absence of problem objects of JSC "Tander" according to the main criteria: in relation to the spacecraft there is no claim work on the part of JSC "Tander", the absence of critical comments that have not been resolved within the specified time (indicated in the act of the final commission or other similar document), due to the fault of the spacecraft there is no postponement of work execution)
2. Lack of affiliation with other participants in the competition
3. An organization performing Construction control in the absence of approvals for Laboratory control can subcontract an organization performing Laboratory control.
