Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt from the Supplier of a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, provision of services) and signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Act (Act of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:Term and rules of work: no more than 30kd, in accordance with the terms of the procurement documentation.
