Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (work) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of work, provision of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance and Transfer (Act of the performance of services, work) or other document confirming the delivery (of services, works).
Delivery terms:Duration and rules of work: no more than 45 cd, in accordance with the terms of the procurement documentation.

The contractor must assemble the commercial equipment in the room and connect the cash register module to electricity with the input of Internet cables, video surveillance, a system for counting visitors (installation plan will be provided later), an audio signal to the music center according to the Terms of Reference.
Be sure to take into account when calculating the work on the installation of mortgages in the floor for anti-theft antennas at the entrance to the store from the shopping center gallery and the installation of boxes or the organization of hatches in columns for anti-theft antenna power supplies. The exact dimensions and installation locations of the mortgages will be provided later, after the calculation of the equipment supplier.
