- payment procedure - by transferring money on a monthly basis after they have been provided within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Parties have signed the acceptance certificate of services containing all the necessary details and the Contractor to issue invoices in accordance with the requirements of clause 5, Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation;
- basis for settlements - an act of acceptance of services rendered between the parties, an invoice for payment, confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the Contractor.
