Payment terms:1. The final payment is 100% after the Customer receives the originals of the following documents:
- the original invoice (UPD);
- the original shipping document (TN and TTN);
- certificate of services rendered;
- invoice for payment;
- VAT 20%.
2. The value of the contract is final and is not subject to increase.
3. The cost of transportation services should include insurance costs, but does not include unloading costs.
Delivery terms:Destination: Russian Federation, Kursk region, Kurchatov, industrial site of Kursk NPP.
In accordance with the terms of reference.
The planned (approximate) date of shipment of equipment: April 2024

Equipment:
- "Transport gateway" of the Kursk NPP unit No. 2.
Special conditions:
1. Providing the necessary information in accordance with Annexes No. 2 and No. 6 to the terms of reference. (Technical and Commercial Proposals, estimates, etc.)
2. Loading and unloading time for 72 hours, from the moment the machines arrive.
3. Drivers are citizens of the Russian Federation, with a valid passport.
4. The presence of a issued official permit for the carriage of KGT, in accordance with the request (without understating the dimensions). The customer has the right to request all necessary permits prior to shipment.
5. In the Technical and Commercial Proposal it is necessary to specify: transit time on the way, the validity period of the proposal, the necessary time for preparation.
6. Terms of delivery of equipment (from the date of shipment) - no more than 60 days.

Comments:
The request for proposals is not a kind of competitive bidding process and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Bid Notice is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals.
The bid for participation is an offer of a potential Bidder of the request for proposals. At the same time, the organizer of the request for proposals has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
