We ask you to consider the possibility of providing services and, in case of a positive decision, provide the following information:
- Proposal card, filled in the form of Appendix No. 2 in excel format (mandatory requirement);
- Presentation;
- Recommendations from customers on the services rendered (if any);
- Constituent documents of the organization;

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Acceptance of questions on the procurement procedure is carried out until 18:00 Moscow time 02.04.2019
