Payment terms:
1. Prices must be specified taking into account the transportation costs to the buyer's warehouse
2. Payment of 100% within 30 banking days from the moment of receipt of the consignment to the buyer's warehouse.
3. Payment of goods can be carried out by the buyer by transfer of the Bank bill to the contractor with maturity of 30 days. The bill is transferred by the Act of acceptance.
Delivery terms:
1. Replacement of materials specified in the application for similar is not allowed.
2. The goods are delivered in batches during 2019 year in accordance with the application for delivery of the consignment of goods
3. Delivery of goods to the warehouse of the buyer-up to 30 calendar days after the application

In case of not providing these documents, the customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
