Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:100% deferred payment within 60 calendar days
Delivery terms:Delivery time is determined by agreement of the parties. The procurement participant must indicate the specific delivery time of the goods from the moment of conclusion of the contract (10 days / 30 days, etc.). The ability to deliver goods as soon as possible after the conclusion of the contract is an advantage for the supplier when choosing the winner of the purchase.
In the proposals of the participants, delivery should be included in the cost of equipment. The cost of delivery should be indicated to the recipient in a separate line. Delivery is in full.
