Обоснование: В рамках оценочной стадии Конкурсная комиссия оценила и сопоставила Конкурсные заявки и провела их предварительное ранжирование по степени предпочтительности для Заказчика исходя из следующих критериев:
- стоимость и структура стоимости выполняемых работ;
- условия и график выполнения работ и их оплаты;
- количество аналогичных договоров, выполненных в течение последних пяти лет.
Возможность заключения договора закупки услуг будет определяться после проверки дееспособности подрядчика, проверки правильности сметных расчетов, подтверждения источника финансирования заказчика.
