Payment terms:- prices in the selection are set without VAT, taking into account transport costs to the Customer's Branch (DDP industrial site of the Customer's Branch according to the Appendix);
- Deferred payment of at least 60 cal. days from the date of delivery (preference for those who have agreed to the bill payment scheme) In the event that your TP specifies a delay of less than 60 days and the rejection of the bill payment scheme, all other things being equal, the priority will be on the side of the Participant who offered a large delay in payment for the delivered products and sent consent to the bill);
Delivery terms:- DDP Buyer's warehouse (transportation costs in the product price)

Comments:
1. Offers with a price in rubles without VAT, including delivery to the Customer's warehouse.
2. The products were produced no earlier than 2020.
3. If there is no offer, DO NOT PUT any values on the positions in the cells.
4. If your company is a factory dealer, you must attach a certificate that will be confirmed by the manufacturer.
5. Support your offer with a scan of the signed application on the company's letterhead with the signature and seal (Sample in the Procurement Documentation section).
The selection is carried out in 2 rounds. In case of a decision to hold the 3rd round, the participants will be informed additionally.
